ART. 1 – The 27th and 28th of May 2023, in collaboration with sports association UISP Nazionale Pattinaggio Sezione Skateboard, Comitato Piacenza and Comitato Regionale E.R., 6th edition of “PUSHA!”, Long Distance Skateboarding (42 kilometers) is organized at Piacenza Cycling Track.

ART. 2 – REQUISITES FOR PARTICIPATING IN “PUSHA!”: Race and “Velopump” contest participation, as skating zone access, is limited to over 18s card-carrying members of UISP or suscribed to sports association UISP affiliate, therefore in possession of valid sports medical certificate for competitive, not competitive sport activity or health certificate (download form here Health Certificate Document). Alternatively is possible to submit a document that certify the subscription to a sport association (badge or receipt) during check in. Filling participation form for racers and contest includes UISP membership* (See also ART.3).
Participant relieves organizing committee of responsibilities about damages caused to persons or goods during the event and about his medical fitness to join the race and of civil and criminal liability. Participant also states that grants to organizing committee authorization of using his images during the event for legitimate no profit use.  

ART.3 – REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND PARTICIPATION FEES: Pusha! is a free entry event but there are 3 kind of access to the skating zone:

– PREMIUM (25€): comprises Marathon and “Velopump” contest subscription, access to skating zone and includes this “kit”:
• subscription bracelet
• Identification number

– KNOCKOUT (10€) allows “Velopump” contest subscription, access to skating zone (before and after the race)

– TRIAL (7€): includes only access to skating zone (from h18 to h20.30 of Saturday the 27th of May) and to the velodrome (from h9 to h10.30 of Sunday the 28th of May)

All accesses include Annual UISP Card.

For those who are already UISP members registration fee is 20€ for “Premium” access, 5€ for “Knockout” access and 3€ for “Trial” access.

“PREMIUM” AND “KNOCKOUT” ACCESS WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE 21ST OF MAY AT 12AM. SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE LIMITED AND IN CASE OF SOLD OUT EARLY CLOSURE WILL BE POSTED ON OFFICIAL PUSHA! WEBSITE.
To register click on RACE REGISTRATION page on www.pusha.it and pay fee using paypal (send money mode). Subscriptions without fee payment are considered incomplete. Registration fee are non-refundable.

ART. 4 – REGISTRATIONS DEADLINE: Because of logistical and organizational reasons, the organizing committee ahead of time reserves the right to close sign ups or to accept enrollments after registrations deadline according to his incontestable judgement.

ART.5 – ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION: All athletes who will complete the registration to the race with will receive email confirmation. Complete list of participants will be posted on www.pusha.it

ART. 6 – “RACE KIT”: Participants will receive their “Kit” the 27nd of May from 18 to 20 at the check in desk on the circuit. Tampering with chips or swapping of identification number is forbidden and it will cause disqualification.

ART. 7 – RACE: Pusha! will take place in any weather condition in a closed circuit until reaching 42 (Marathon) kms. Marathon will start at 20.30 on Sathurday the 27th of May; Velopump will start at 10.30 on Sunday the 28th of May. All infos about “Velopump” contest here.

ART.8 – WATER STATION AND RESTROOMS: One water station will be placed halfway on the circuit. Toilets are available to the public, please keep them clean. Changing room are available to the participants but they are not guarded, please don’t leave valuable things.

ART. 9 – TIMING SYSTEM, RESULTS AND TIMEOUT: Laps count will be managed by Pusha! staff. Official timing list, divided into categories, will be posted at the end of the event. Marathon timeout is 3 hours, after that services on the circuit will be no more provided and participant will be listed as “Unclassified”

ART. 10 – MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: One ambulance will be present at the circuit

ART. 11 – DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY: During the race, participants must respect other athletes, circuit and structures. With registration signature, participant declare to be aware and accept “Pusha!” rules posted on www.pusha.it, legislations on healthcare in not competitive events as required by D.M. 18/02/82 (G.U. 05/03/82) and D.M. 28/02/83 (G.U. 15/03/83) and to have turned 18 before the 13th of May 2018. Participant also declares on its own responsibility to have reported the truth during registration (art. 2 04/01/1968 n° 15 Law as mod art. 3/10 15/05/1997 n° 127) and to exempt event organizer from civil and criminal liability for damages to persons or goods caused by himself. Under Article D.Lgs. n°196 30/06/2003 (“Testo Unico della Privacy”) personal data will be used only for listing all participants, posting final results and historical record and to provide services to athletes. By “Pusha!” subscription, participant authorizes event organizer to use personal images or videos taken during the race and recorded on any kind of support, including promotion and publicity materials, worldwide and until the law allows or the possible extension.

ART 12 – FINAL DISPOSITIONS: Organizer anytime reserves the right to modify this rule book  in order to ensure a better race organization. Any change to services, places and times will be notified to participants by email or posted on www.pusha.it.
